Chi Keung Ng’s culinary journey began at fourteen at Jade Garden in Hong Kong where he trained for four years.
In 1982, he moved to the UK to study advanced training in Chinese cuisine in London.
In 1985, he moved to Northern Ireland. Chi Keung Ng opened his first Chinese Takeaway at the age of 24. Over the next decade, he opened three more takeaways and two restaurants.
With 44 years in catering and 30 years running his businesses, he has extensive experience. Chi Keung Ng specializes in Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, and European cuisines. Since 2018, he’s perfected Authentic Chinese Restaurant Sauces.
In 2022, he founded CK WÀI MÀI Sauces Ltd. The company develops and sells a full range of sauces in large volumes.
Due to rising energy costs, eating out has become a luxury. Their goal is to make Authentic Chinese Sauces accessible to consumers.
