Born from a lifelong love of chocolate, Max first dreamed of creating his own Chocolate Bar Cafe as a kid – an idea scribbled on a scrap of paper that his mum still keeps to this day. He went on to create Bullion, a pioneering British craft chocolate maker, and fourteen years later that childhood dream came to life with the opening of the first Bullion store in 2024, bringing craft drinking chocolate that celebrates cacao, not sugar, to chocolate lovers across the UK.
The team sources fine cacao directly from trusted farmers and cooperatives around the world. They prioritise sustainability and fair relationships within the supply chain. Every batch reflects their commitment to responsible production and honest craftsmanship. Quality always comes first.
