It all began when Rob Dale, a foodie with a passion for South East Asian cuisine, saw an old ‘Burma Sauce’ sign, which led to an explorational trip to Burma. Rob was so inspired by discovering the irresistible sweet & sour flavours that he created an original range of naturally tasty sweet chilli sauces.
Bala Chang captures the unexpected balance of flavours of Asia. Fresh garlic, ginger, jalapeno peppers, chilli and limes are blended to create sweet chilli sauces that are zingy and fresh. Coconut, Plum, Mango, Apple and Pineapple bring a touch of the unexpected.
